This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through lookface.shop. LOOKFACE is operated by Lanxi Hongmi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (兰溪市红米电子商务有限公司).
Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not offer international delivery or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders.
There is no minimum purchase amount. We do not charge additional handling or small-order fees.
Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff is 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, Eastern Time in New York.
Eastern Time follows the local seasonal time changes in New York.
Orders received before the cutoff enter processing that business day. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Entering processing does not mean that an order has already been dispatched.
Order Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Transit Time and Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping transit time is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Including order processing, estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days from the business day on which processing begins.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, or address issues may affect delivery.
Fulfillment Location
Orders for U.S. customers are fulfilled and shipped from facilities within the United States through our third-party logistics partners.
Our company’s business address in China is not the shipping origin or a customer return facility.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched and tracking information becomes available, we will send the shipping information to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Address Changes and Delivery Problems
Please check your delivery address before placing an order.
If you need to correct an address, email service@lookface.shop promptly with your order number. We will check whether the change is still possible.
If your parcel appears delayed, lost, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner or carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Taxes and Customs
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars.
Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before you submit payment.
Orders are shipped domestically within the United States, so customers are not required to complete an import process or pay customs duties to receive these deliveries.
