These Terms of Service apply to your use of lookface.shop and purchases made through the website.
LOOKFACE is operated by Lanxi Hongmi E-Commerce Co., Ltd. (兰溪市红米电子商务有限公司).
Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
Please provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
You may not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Product Information
Our store offers graphic T-shirts. Product pages describe the available designs, fabric composition, sizes, and other relevant details.
Please review the product description and size chart before ordering.
Clothing and accessories used to style product photographs are not included unless expressly listed as part of the product.
Screen settings may cause minor differences in displayed color. This does not change our responsibility to supply the ordered product, design, and size.
If a product is incorrect, defective, or materially different from its description, contact us under our Return & Refund Policy.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. dollars.
The product price, any applicable sales tax, and the final order total are shown at checkout before you submit payment.
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders within our supported delivery area, with no minimum purchase amount.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are subject to authorization by the relevant payment provider.
Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change the amount of an existing order without your agreement.
Orders and Availability
After you place an order, we send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout.
If an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, an address cannot be served, or a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you about the available options.
We will not substitute a different product or charge an additional amount without your agreement.
If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. The refund is expected to reach your payment account within 5 calendar days after cancellation is confirmed.
This timeframe includes our processing and the payment provider’s posting time.
Customer-Requested Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, email service@lookface.shop promptly.
If the order has not shipped and cancellation is possible, we will confirm the cancellation and refund the amount paid.
The refund is expected to reach your original payment account within 5 calendar days after cancellation is confirmed.
If the order has already shipped, you may request a return after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.
Shipping
We deliver within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not offer international delivery or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Orders are fulfilled through third-party logistics facilities within the United States.
Our daily order cutoff is 12:00 PM Eastern Time in New York, Monday through Friday. Eastern Time follows local seasonal time changes.
Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on public holidays enter processing on the next business day.
Processing normally takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping transit is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time is 4–9 business days from the start of processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept eligible returns and exchanges for defective and non-defective products within 30 calendar days after delivery.
Products may be new or slightly used. Brief try-on and light use are permitted.
LOOKFACE pays eligible return and exchange shipping costs, including standard shipping for a replacement item.
A prepaid return shipping label is included in the original parcel. If it is missing, damaged, or unusable, contact us for a replacement at no charge.
We do not charge restocking fees or return and exchange handling fees.
Customer service provides the return instructions and designated U.S. return address. Our business address in China is not a shipping or return address.

Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
For an eligible return, the refund is expected to reach your payment account within 5 calendar days after your parcel is delivered to our designated return facility.
This timeframe includes our inspection, refund processing, and the payment provider’s posting time.
If we confirm that no return is required, the 5-calendar-day period begins when we confirm the refund by email.
If your refund has not arrived after 5 calendar days, contact service@lookface.shop.
Customer Communications
We use the contact details you provide to communicate about orders, shipping, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other service matters.
For order inquiries, include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
We aim to respond to customer inquiries within 1–2 business days.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit and purchase from the store.
Where relevant services are enabled, this may include services based on interactions with our store, other merchants, and Shopify.
Information may be shared with Shopify and other providers in other countries to operate these services.

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

These terms do not permit us to retain payment for an order that we cancel or cannot fulfill.

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights associated with an existing order.
